Tshepo’s current role involves collaboration with business division leaders to establish technology and data strategies and capabilities that enable the organization to lead the energy transition in Africa. This role includes leading a team of experts to drive the following capabilities:

• • Data Office: Responsible for building quality data assets that enable digital innovation and insights.
  • Delivery Enablement Office: Responsible for Experience Design, DevOps, and Quality Engineering.
  • Technology Architecture: Responsible for technology architecture and strategy for the Energy Business.

Previous Experience:

• Previous experience includes serving as Head of Global IT Infrastructure, Head of Service Integration and Management, and ERP Applications Manager.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Business Administration
• Masters in Business Information Systems
• Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management
• BTech – Information Technology
